Memorial Day Weekend, the unofficial start to summer, has come and gone, so now it’s time to hit the road and do that cross-country road trip you’ve been talking about doing the last 10 years, right? Well, if you are going to take on such a feat, there is a 100% chance that you’ll pass by one of our Hercules Truss Arch Buildings, since we have our fabric structures in all 50 states! What state currently holds the rolling title for the most ClearSpan buildings? What states make our Top 5? Take the poll below, check back in one week for the answers, and map out YOUR road trip accordingly.
If you happen to see one of our buildings on your trip, snap a picture of the building, prove to us that you’re on a “road trip,” and we’ll send you a free gift! All you have to do is email the pictures and your mailing address to us at: email@example.com. Don’t worry — we will keep your information confidential — this is our little fun and exciting summertime game.
HINT: You’ll know it’s our building if you see our logo at the peak of the building, seen at left! GOOD LUCK!

About three weeks ago, my manager asked if I would be willing to attend the Electric Power Conference & Exhibition in New Orleans and of course, I jumped at the chance. With the good food, warm weather and the opportunity to represent the company, who wouldn’t? Monday the 31st I boarded a flight to New Orleans at 8:30 a.m., and after an hour delay from the freak, end-of-March snow storm, we were heading south. One missed connection and a four hour layover in Nashville later, I made it to New Orleans. It was too late for me to set up my booth, so I got some sleep and set up Tuesday before the show.

That can be a good or bad thing too (that is, if you don’t want people to know know your real age!). At ClearSpan Fabric Structures, we’re proud of our achievements, so we’d like to start recognizing the people and places that allow us to be successful. After all, they’re the ones making it possible!

How often have you driven by a business with little or no signage and actually know the industry they’re in? Perhaps a better questions is how much business are they losing because they have no signage that makes them easily identifiable? For some, signage may not be an issue, but it does go a long way when it comes to brand recognition.
The winter season has already begun in several portions of the United States. But as Winter Storm Boreas embarks on the eastern sector of the country — in time for Thanksgiving travel — municipalities and landscaping businesses alike will be fueling up their fleet and stocking up on sand and salt to combat Jack Frost’s wrath on our neighborhood roads and interstates.
Every week I talk about the versatility and uniqueness of our Hercules Truss Arch Buildings and how they’re perfect for a variety of applications, while maintaining an aesthetic appeal. Today, we’re going to continue our guessing game… Continue reading
