Custom Solutions from ClearSpan – No Two Customers Are the Same

I’m sure you’ve heard or seen our tagline, “the buildings of 1,000 uses” when advertising our ClearSpan Hercules Truss Arch Buildings. Although it may seem exaggerated, the truth is our fabric structures really live up to their reputation.  From waste management facilities and equine riding arenas to temporary storage solutions and haunted houses, these buildings are perfectly suited for any application.  Take a look at some of our recent projects and you’ll see that our customers are taking full advantage of our buildings’ versatility.

Equine indoor riding arenaLocated in Ithaca, MI, this 65′ wide by 160′ long building is an equestrian’s dream. The white fabric cover lets natural light shine through, reducing the need for artificial lighting and lowering energy consumption.  Many riders agree that riding in a fabric structure is the next best thing to riding outdoors.

Salt storage facilityVehicles can drive right into this ClearSpan salt storage building, making loading and unloading safe and easy.  Drivers can even park their trucks in the front portion of this 59′ wide by 156′ long fabric structure, offering them protection from the elements in Yukon, OK.

Recycling facilitiesAlthough we have standard sizes, we realize that one size doesn’t fit all.  We take all of our customers’ needs into consideration and offer customized building design options.  This 65′ wide by 180′ long recycling center is located in Littleton, MA and was curved to accommodate tire recycling.

Composting buildingThis Hercules Truss Arch Buildings is located in Fort Morgan, CO and is used for chicken litter storage.  Our buildings have superb air quality, allowing better moisture control and reducing condensation for a higher quality compost product. Sized at 83′ wide by 160′ long, how many chickens do you think it takes to fill up this building?

Industrial buildingsOur buildings are constructed from American-made, triple-galvanized steel, making them so strong they can withstand the toughest snow loads and can even support the weight of this conveyor belt!  What’s even more impressive is the conveyor belt is almost as big as this 63′ wide by 60′ long building!  Located in Huntington, UT, it is used as a general purpose industrial building.

Bulk storageDon’t let this 100′ wide by 196′ long building fool you.  It may look like an outdoor music venue, but really it’s used for clay storage in King William, VA. No internal supports or beams allow for maximum useable space which means this building can always be repurposed in the future.
